Liposuction vs. Lipo 360: What Search Trends Reveal Across U.S. Cities
As body contouring continues to evolve, so does the language patients use to search for procedures. Our latest observational study, published by AestheticMatch’s Health Analytics Division, explores the growing interest in Lipo 360 compared to traditional liposuction across 12 major U.S. cities.
Using Google Keyword Planner data from 2022 to 2025, we analyzed average monthly search volumes and year-over-year growth rates in cities including New York, Los Angeles, Miami, Atlanta, Phoenix, and more. While liposuction still dominates in raw search volume—with New York averaging over 22,000 monthly searches—the trendline for Lipo 360 shows steady acceleration, particularly in smaller but fast-growing cities.
Notably, Atlanta (+11.4%), Tampa (+10.1%), and Phoenix (+9.8%) saw the highest YoY growth for Lipo 360-related searches. This shift suggests growing consumer awareness of comprehensive contouring procedures and the influence of visual platforms like TikTok and Instagram.
So what’s driving the interest? Unlike traditional liposuction, Lipo 360 targets the front, sides, and back of the torso, often yielding more dramatic waistline results. The term itself—though not a clinical one—has gained traction through social media and marketing campaigns, prompting more patients to search for “Lipo 360 near me” or “Lipo 360 vs liposuction.”
For providers, the takeaway is clear: consumer language is evolving. Optimizing content for both terms—and understanding how preferences vary by city—can help clinics stay visible and relevant in today’s search-driven marketplace.
