Dr. Stanley Castor, MD is a board-certified plastic surgeon based in Tampa, Florida. The founder of Artisan Aesthetics, Dr. Castor is known for his expertise and surgical skill in breast enhancement, tummy tucks, Brazilian butt lifts, full mommy makeovers, facelifts, and liposuction. He is particularly well-respected for his impeccable safety record, caring bedside manner, attention to detail, and natural-looking results that align with his patients’ goals. After graduating from University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine and obtaining his medical degree, Dr. Castor headed to Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia to complete his internship and a residency in general surgery. His training continued with a fellowship in plastic surgery at the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio and a fellowship with world-renowned, Miami-based plastic surgeons Drs. Baker and Stuzin. Board-certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgeons, Dr. Castor is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, a fellow of the American College of Surgeons, and the recipient of numerous professional awards. He was the recipient of the Patient’s Choice Award for multiple years running, as well as being included in the Consumers Research Council’s 2010-2019 Guide to America’s Top Surgeons. He’s also been named on the Patient’s Choice Most Compassionate Doctors List. Called upon by numerous local beauty pageants to serve as a judge, Dr. Castor counts many of those contestants—as well as those involved with the world of fitness and body-building competitions—as his patients. He is also well-known among local models and actresses, who come to him for his artistic eye and surgical skill.
