Post-Pregnancy Procedures

A woman’s body goes through dramatic changes during pregnancy and after childbirth. While some women can return to their pre-pregnancy bodies with diet and exercise, some effects can be difficult or impossible to reverse. Many of my patients opt for a mommy makeover, a combination of two or more surgical procedures to restore their pre-baby body. If breastfeeding has caused breasts to lose their shape, a breast augmentation can restore volume, while a breast lift can correct sagging. A tummy tuck, or abdominoplasty, repairs stretched abdominal muscles while removing extra skin and tightening the abdomen, creating a slim, contoured look. A mommy makeover can also include liposuction, to remove stubborn fat. Procedures can be performed separately or in a single operation, with one recovery period. Breast Surgery

Breast enhancement surgery provides solutions for women looking to change their breast size or shape, address sagging and asymmetry, or ease discomfort due to too-large breasts. When it comes to enhancing breast size, breast augmentation with implants is a popular option. During a consultation at my Murfreesboro practice, I listen to each patient’s goals and recommend the best options for their unique needs. We collaboratively discuss pros and cons, along with implant type, preferred size and shape, and surgical technique as suited for the individual’s anatomy. I also provide breast lifts with or without implants to correct sagging and breast fat transfers to boost volume. To help those who have issues caused by excess breast tissue, I perform breast reduction surgery, as well as gynecomastia surgery for men. I also offer breast implant revision for those who want newer implants or have issues that need to be corrected.

Eyelid Surgery

This procedure addresses excess skin and muscle on the upper eyelids, which can cause a heavy or tired appearance. Dr. Webb performs this surgery under local anesthesia in-office, allowing for a quick recovery and minimal downtime.
