For me a BBL has to look natural. Volume increases are of course part of the operation, but just getting a bigger buttock should not be the main reasoning for having a BBL-it’s about the shape. I believe when all is said and done you have to end up with a really pretty and natural shape and have a butt that is full. I don’t only focus on the buttock when I perform a BBL, but also narrow the waist and graft fat to the hips to accentuate the female shape. This is all about removing fat from one area and adding it to another to get the perfect balance between waist, buttocks and hips. Placing fat without considering this overall shape yields unnatural results. In the early days of BBL we thought injecting fat in the muscle was a good thing, but now with experience we know the safest way to inject is to stay away from the muscle.
