Breast Surgery

With over 22 years as a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon practicing exclusively in Aventura, I have performed hundreds of breast surgeries, including breast augmentation, breast lift with and without implants, breast reductions, capsulotomy and capsulectomy, implant removal and implant exchange with and without lifts, and complete revisions of previous breast surgeries including the use of ADM's when indicated. In addition to my plastic surgery fellowship, I was awarded additional cosmetic surgery fellowship with internationally renowned plastic surgeons, Drs. Stuzin and Baker. I emphasize an INDIVIDUALIZED treatment plan based on the person's goals and body habitus i. e. , their own anatomy as influenced by genetics, body weight, child bearing, etc. Each person is fully informed of the risks and benefits of their proposed surgical treatment plan. Common myths like implants have to be changed every 10 year are dispelled and realistic expectations are reassured.
